Results of the CPF examination 2008 have been announced by the Union Public Service Commission. In total 325 candidates have been short listed for the post of Assistant Commandant 145 candidates are from general category, 113 candidates belong to the Other Backward Caste, 48 candidates are from Schedule Castes and 19 candidates have been selected from the Schedule Tribe are also declared successful in this exam. This written part of this exam was conducted on 5th of October 2008, the physical test was conducted in May- June 2009, the interviews were conducted in August September 2009.
