RECRUITMENT OF SUB-INSPECTORS IN CENTRAL POLICE ORGANIZATIONS EXAMINATION, 2009 DECLARATION OF RESULT OF WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR CALLING THE CANDIDATES FOR INTERVIEW.

Staff Selection Commission conducted the Central Police Organisations Examination, 2009 on 06.09.2009 for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors in Central Police Organisations (CPOs).

2. Following is the list of 3702 candidates (3476 Male and 226 Female) who have been declared successful in the written Part (Paper-I+II) and were medically fit, are eligible for being called for the Interview.

4. Result in respect of female candidates whose additional list was issued by the Commission on 25.03.2010 and those candidates whose review medical is yet to be held will be declared subsequently applying the same standard /cut-off. Consequently, marks of the non-qualified candidates will be placed on website only after the result of these candidates is finalized.
5. This list is PROVISIONAL. The candidates whose roll numbers figure in the list would be called for Interview subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions/requirements as prescribed for the post in the ‘Notice’ of this Examination.
6. The category status in respect of candidates belonging to the reserve category has been indicated along with their roll numbers. It is important for such candidates for whom certain percentage of vacancies are reserved as per the policy of the Government, to note that some of them may have been declared qualified for the Interview in the category mentioned against their roll numbers. If any candidate does not actually belong to the category mentioned against his/her roll number, he/she may not be eligible to be called for the Interview. It is, therefore, in the interest of the candidates concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional Office of the Commission in all such cases where they do not belong to the categories shown against their roll numbers.
7. The interview schedule of the short-listed candidates would be finalized in due course and call letters would be issued by the respective Regional Offices of Commission in due course.

Category wise Merit List of candidates as per the VRET Examination Jan 2010
Candidates will be selected for admission as per merit in each category depending upon the avaibility of
seats. Department will have the choice of taking candidates from this list or from VRET exempted
category candidates list. Candidates may also apply for Ph.D. admission in affiliated colleges having
recognised Research Center in subject however non-NET fellowship will be awarded only to those
candidates who are admitted through VRET examination. In all admissions Central Reservation rules for
admission shall be applicable. Teacher fellows coming under QIP or FIP shall not be the part of this
category and will not be counted for calculating seats in each category.NET(JRF) candidates selected
for admission shall avail the fellowship awarded to them by the UGC or UGC/CSIR examination as the
case may be. No fellowship shall be awarded to those candidates who seek admission in affiliated
Colleges. Departments shall verify thoroughly the exemption condition for those candidates who are
admitted through VRET exempted category. The names in the VRET exempted category list is on the
basis of claim made by the candidate and mere display of names in the list does not guarantee
admission or eligibility for registration in Ph.D. in any way. The Research center seeking admission has
to ensure and provide certificate of organizing course work in the subject as per the University norms
(Under New M.Phil./ Ph.D. minimum qualification rules,2009) before admitting any candidate for Ph.D.
registration .Failing of any conditions as per these rules shall be liable to rejection of registration and the
sole responsibility of which lie on college concern where research center is located. Candidates
declared in the merit list of subjects that are not offered on campus are eligible to admission in research
centers in affiliated colleges only and no fellowship shall be awarded to such candidates.

(B) Age

Max. Age as on 28.04.2010 : 37 yrs
Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and 3 years in the case of candidates belonging to OBC

Selection

1) The selection process will consist of Written Test and Interview.
2) The tentative date for the written test will be 30.05.2010. However, candidates will be intimated separately the exact date, time and venue of the written test.
3) Only those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks in the written test alone will be called for the interview.

Application fee

A Demand Draft for Rs.500/- in favour of “HLL Lifecare Limited” payable at Trivandrum to be sent along with a copy of the print out of the application submitted online/application sent through post.
Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/ PWD candidates are exempted from this payment.

Training

Candidates selected as Management Trainee will be placed on training for a period of one year. On successful completion of training, they will be placed as Assistant Managers.

Emoluments

During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs.15000/- (under revision). On placement as Assistant Manager, they will be placed in the Scale of Pay of Rs.12600 – 32500 with all other benefits which include VDA, HRA, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Educational Allowance, Provident Fund, Earned Leave, Leave Travel Concession , Performance Related Pay, Mediclaim benefits, Interest Subsidy on Housing Loan, Interest subsidy on vehicle loan etc. as applicable to the Executives of the Company.

Senior Civilian Staff Officer: 1 Post
* Place of Posting: Delhi/Chennai/Mumbai
* Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + GP Rs. 7600/-
Eligibility:
Officers under Central Govt;
1. Holding analogous post on regular basis n the parent cadre or Department; or
2. With 5 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay scale of Rs. 10000-325-15200 pre-revised 15600-39100 + GP Rs. 6600/- revised or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
3. Possessing 10 years experience in administration, establishment and accounts matters.

Hindi Officer: 2 Posts

Qualification & Experience:
1. Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level; or
2. Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at degree level; or
3. Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi and English as the subject at degree level; or
4. Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with Hindi Medium and English as the subject at the degree level; or
5. Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject with English Medium and Hindi as the subject at degree level; and
6. 5 years of experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature; or
7. 5 years of experience in teaching, research writing or scientific literature.
Eligibility:

1. Holding analogous post on regular basis n the parent cadre or Department; or

Civilian Gazatted Officer (Logictics): 2 Posts

Qualification:
1. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; or
2. Diploma in Material management or any Diploma with Material management as the subject from a recognized University or iInstitute or equivalent; and
3. 3 years supervisory experience In Store Administrator and acocunting in a supervisorycapacity in Govt. Department or Public Sector Undertaking.
Eligibility:
Officers under Central Govt;
1. Holding analogous post on regular basis n the parent cadre or Department; or
2. With 3 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000 pre-revised 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200/- revised or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
3. With 6 years of regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-150-8000 pre-revised Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200/- revised or equivalent.

Foreman of Stores: 23 Posts
* Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs. 4200/- in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-150-8000 pre-revised.
Eligibility:
Officers under Central Govt;
1. Holding analogous post on regular basis n the parent cadre or Department; or
2. With 8 years of regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 4000-6000 pre-revised Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs. 2400/- revised in Store Keeping cadre.
