The recruitment of 485 female constables in district police cadre will be filled by the Central recruitment Board.
AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORMS for MALE & FEMALE CONSTABLES: Against cash payment
Application Form can be obtained by paying Rs. 100/- cash w.e.f. 08.12.2010 to 24.12.2010 on all working days during office hours(9.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.) from the Office of Police Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police in all Districts of Punjab. Candidates may also apply on forms downloaded from the official website of the Punjab Police www.punjabpoliceindia.org. Such downloaded application forms should be accompanied by an Account Payee, Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 100/- in favour of “Chairman, District Recruitment Board (__________________) (Name of District for which the applicant applies) payable at _____________________ (District concerned) in case of male constables and in case of female constables Demand draft amounting to Rs. 100/- in favour of “Chairman, Central Recruitment Board for female constables 2010” payable at Bathinda. Candidate must write his/her Name and Address at the back side of the Bank Draft in capital letters.

The application form completely filled in all aspects alongwith all the necessary documents/certificates in respect of male constable must reach to the Chairman, District Recruitment Boards (District concerned).
The application form completely filled in all aspects alongwith all the necessary documents/certificates in respect of female constable must reach to the Chairman, Central Recruitment Board for female constables 2010, Bathinda from 08.12.2010 to 28.12.2010 (from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m) on all working days The application received after 5.00 p.m on 28.12.2010 shall not be considered.
