of certificate to be attached) (10) Experience, if any (attested copy of certificate to be attached), (11)
Whether UR/SC/ST/OBC/P.H (attested copy of supporting certificate to be attached) (12) Religion

other relevant information, followed by an undertaking towards correctness of information furnished
in the application form and duly signed with date should reach The Chief Administrative Officer,
Central Rice Research Institute, Cuttack-753 006 (Orissa) latest by 20.01.2011. A recent passport
size photograph duly signed by the applicant and attested by a Gazetted Officer must be affixed at the
top right corner of the application.
