List of candidates who are called for personal interview for the post of Junior Engineer & Junior Engineer (Civil) against their names as per Mahagenco advt. no 08/2009
As per Mahagenco advt. no. 08/2009 the written examination was held on 14/03/2010.
The candidates listed below are found prima facie suitable as per the requirements of the Mahagenco advertisement no. 08/2009. The interview call letters are already sent to these candidates by post,SMS & email.
They are requested to attend for personal interview at following venue on Date & time mentioned against their names. They are requested to follow the instructions, mentioned below.
Venue-: SARDAR PATEL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING,
BHAVAN’S CAMPUS, MUNSHI NAGAR,
ANDHERI (WEST), MUMBAI-400058
Instruction:-
1) Before coming for the personal interview, please ensure that you are eligible according to the criteria stipulated in the advertisement. If you are not eligible , your candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the process of the interview.(Please note that even if you qualify in the written examination and subsequently if it is found that you do not fulfill the eligibility criterion, your candidature will be cancelled.)
2) Please note that this call letter does not constitute an offer of employment.
3) Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment and any act that will hurdle the process shall be considered DISQUALIFICATION.
4) Candidates failing to comply with the instruction will not be permitted to appear for personal interview.
5) Candidates who belong to VJ(A), NT(B), NT(C),NT(D), SBC and OBC will have to produce Non Creamy Layer certificate at the time of personal interview.
6) All reserved category Candidates will have to produce CASTE VALIDITY CERTIFICATE at the time of interview, since it is mandatory as per Govt.Rules.
7) You will have to produce all original certificates regarding your Educational Qualifications i.e. Mark Sheets, Degree certificates, Age, S.S.C. Certificate & Caste Certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, Caste validity certificate, Experience certificate etc., together with one attested true copy of each of these certificates at the time of interview.
8) If the process of Personal Interview is not completed on the same day, it will be continued / held on the next day. You are therefore, requested to come duly prepared for the same at your own cost.
9) If you are working in Govt./Semi Govt./ Private , you will have to submit N.O.C. from your present employer, while attending personal interview.
