Recruitment for the following vacancies of Constable (Tradesmen) in CRPF on All India basis will be carried out by open rally system at Group Centre, CRPF, Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka- 560 064 as per details/date shown here under. The posts are meant for MALE/ FEMALE Indian citizens only.
Eligibility conditions for above posts are as under :-
Education Qualification Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board / University. Technical qualification
i) For post of Constable(Fitter), candidates must have passed Motor Vehicle Fitter Course (Automobiles)/Motor Mechanic Course from ITI or any other recognized institutions and should have one year experience. However, wards of CRPF personnel who have undergone training in ITIs run by CRPF are exempted from one year practical experience.
ii) For post of CT(Bugler/ Tailor/ Mochi/ Carpenter/Gardener/ Painter/ Pipe Band/ Brass Band/ Cook/ Water Carrier/Safai Karmachari / Barber/ Washerman) candidates should be having good working knowledge of trade in which he/she wishes to be enlisted.
iii) Candidates should qualify trade test at the time of recruitment process.
B) Age Between 18 to 23 Years as on 01/8/2010 Relaxation
a) Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
b) The children and dependent family members of those who killed in the riots of 1984 would be eligible for relaxation in age by 5 years. If the applicant belongs to SC/ST or OBC category, the relaxation so provided in this clause will be in addition to the age relaxation as applicable in (a) above. To obtain this relaxation a certificate from the concerned District Magistrate of the district where the victim was killed, should be attached with the application.
c) Upper age limit upto 05 years is also relaxable for those persons who had originally been domiciled in the State of J & K during the period from 1st January,1980 to 31st December,1989. The persons claiming relaxation under this category should produce a certificate to the effect that they had been domiciled in the State of J & K during the period from 1st January,1980 to 31st December,1989 from the District Magistrate within whose jurisdiction they had originally resided or from any authority designated in this behalf by the Govt. of J & K.
d) The children and dependent family members :of those who killed in the riots of 2002 in Gujarat would be eligible for relaxation in age by 5 years. If the applicant belongs to SC/ST or OBC category, the relaxation so provided in this clause will be in addition to the age relaxation as applicable in (a) above. To obtain this relaxation a certificate from the concerned District Magistrate of the district where the victim was killed, should be produced at the time of recruitment
