The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has announced that 3,110 have passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last November 14 and 15, 2009.
